EXCHANGE POLICY
At Street in Vision, customer satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, eligible items may be exchanged within 7 days of receiving your package, subject to the conditions below.
Eligible Exchange Cases
An exchange may be approved if:
• The item arrives damaged, defective, or faulty.
• You receive an incorrect product or a product that differs from the item you ordered.
• The issue is reported to our team within 3 days of delivery.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must provide clear photos of the issue via email within 4 days of delivery. Once verified, a replacement will be arranged.
Exchange Requests That Cannot Be Accepted
Unfortunately, exchanges cannot be processed in the following situations:
• The request is submitted after the exchange period has expired.
• The item shows signs of wear, use, washing, or misuse.
• The product has been altered or tampered with.
• Original tags, packaging, labels, accessories, or promotional items are missing.
• Sale items are requested to be exchanged for different products.
• The requested replacement item is no longer available in stock.
Please note that Street in Vision does not offer refunds or cash returns on completed purchases.
HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE

Contact our support team with your order number and exchange request.

Ship the item back using any courier service of your choice.

Once the returned package is received and inspected, your exchange will be processed.
A shipping fee of PKR 250 will apply to exchange orders and will be collected via Cash on Delivery (COD) when the replacement item is delivered.
